Orders.co Brand and Web Design Strategy
Orders.co is a global hospitality technology company helping restaurants overcome modern-day challenges.
Brief: Orders.co was growing fast and had a big vision for 2023 and 2024. Their advanced technology leveraged AI early on and allowed them to offer services that restaurants couldn’t find elsewhere - like online ordering disputes and SEO insights. Their website lacked a succinct visual identity and didn’t reflect the cutting-edge technologies they were creating. What’s more, it lacked the structure to manage all of the services and packages they were launching, creating a confusing experience for the web visitor.
Before we touched the website, we started at the top: conducting brand strategy research and identifying their differentiators, personality, and values. Once these where in place, we started redesigning the website and repositioning product packages, leaning into solution-based selling. Working with their LA-based marketing team and Armenian-based design team, we created website wireframes and design mockups that aligned with their new brand identity.
