Jovie, Childcare Reimagined

Derm Delivered, Mobile Veterinary Medicine
Derm Delivered is an innovative mobile veterinary dermatology company that provides dermatology services to pet owners who normally would not have access to such expertise. Veterinary dermatology can be hard to come by in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas, a region of 8 million people.

The International Research Foundation for English Language Education (TIRF)
TIRF is a global non-profit supporting breakthrough academic research in how English is taught to non-native speakers, which creates opportunities for upward mobility.
Like most non-profits, TIRF was fiscally mindful, but knew that an investment in a rebrand would help them increase industry awareness and donations. Learn how we helped TIRF align on their values, mission, and vision, and worked to create a contemporary brand identity.
Reviews from Our Clients
Metrum Community Credit Union: Denver, Colorado
“We have been working with Alicia for nearly a year now and she has been amazing to work with.
She has helped our team by guiding conversations to learn about what makes MCCU unique and really helped some of us get out of the ‘port-a-potty’ and gain a fresh perspective.
Through her listening and asking the right questions, Alicia has helped us create a new mission statement and most recently she crafted a new logo design, replacing our current logo that is nearly 30 years old.
Along with the talented design concepts that she presented to us, she is also supporting the branch launch process and continues to push our organization in taking advantage of the unique opportunity that a new look provides.
Alicia is thoughtful and patient and a true partner with our organization.”

“Alicia did the branding and logo design for my new business Derm Delivered and I LOVE IT!!
I get compliments all the time on my logo and it was 100% her idea. My logo is simple but attractive and totally sums up what I do. She was also lovely to work with, very responsive to my preferences on things like color, and her prices were totally reasonable. Highly highly recommend!!! See the finished product at derm.dog.”

Aux: Denver, Colorado
“I worked with Alicia for over two years at Aux (FKA CU Service Network). Alicia was instrumental to our re-branding effort. She designed and implemented the re-branding effort for both companies under the Aux umbrella. She was budget conscious, while consistently looking for new and inventive ways to bring the Aux brand to life. She was a joy to work with.”

TIRF (The International Research Foundation for English Language Education), Traverse City, Michigan
“Alicia Disantis and her team at 38th & Kip did an outstanding job in working with the nonprofit organization I manage – TIRF (The International Research Foundation for English Language Education).
Throughout the course of several months last year, she helped to redesign our logo and provided input on elevating our brand in the language education industry.
As a first step, she met with several members of my Board of Trustees and me to better understand the nature of TIRF’s mission and its programs. This process led to suggestions she crafted for our mission and vision statements, which we later adopted. In addition, she went through several reiterations of our new logo and helped us eventually land on the one you can see on TIRF’s website and social media platforms. The final logo she and her team created provided a modern image we’re now happily using and has increased our flexibility in the various colors we can use for our organizational messaging. Taken together, the new logo and color scheme help to capture the adapting nature of TIRF to the ever-changing landscape of our industry.
Alicia was very well prepared for our meetings and was extremely thoughtful in understanding our needs. She helped us to better understand how to create and maintain an informative and productive social media presence, which is now helping TIRF raise awareness of its brand around the world. Alicia and 38th & Kip have my full confidence in working with organizations in different industries and different sizes. She is a consummate professional and a delight to work with!”

“As our Brand Manager for several years, Alicia Disantis, now of 38th and Kip, not only developed our overall company branding but also worked on numerous branding projects for individual products. I'm thrilled she's now sharing her talents with other companies and non-profit organizations. She has a passion and a special talent for working with a client to develop branding that is uniquely their own.”
-Trisha Wiggin-Fausnaugh, VP of Operations
VLS, Cleveland, Ohio
“Alicia worked up multiple logos for our company, including our revamped main logo and product brand logos. Throughout the process, she was extremely patient with us and helped with great suggestions.”
-Tom Siko, Former CEO
“Over the past two years, Alicia has designed several projects for Vincent Lighting, including a milestone adaptation of our corporate logo, a company folder, with matching brochures and projects list, as well as drawing a half dozen icons that we could use in other marketing pieces. Alicia asks smart questions before the project even begins, to make sure she understands each project’s scope and audience. She has been flexible when we have changed our needs mid-project, and above all else, her creativity shines through each piece. She conveys a real passion for her work, yet understands that it’s the customers’ satisfaction that matters most. Alicia is our go-to designer, when it comes to creative graphic designs. She is not only talented, but a pleasure to work with.”
-Kim Craigie, Former Marketing Director

“Alicia Disantis of 38th & Kip Design is a both a solid and fresh designer. She gives options based on client direction that are spot-on your request and options that challenge your thinking. She is so nice (a powerful word for me) to work with, no arrogance, good listening, and supports her designs with rationale and insights.
She gets back to you lickety-split with requested changes and she is a great value--forget East and West Coast pricing. You, your client, and your budget will be happy. Hire her.”
